*Local credit card payments can now be made at the hotel reception.
If you are using our hotel for the first time, please take a look.
Everything from reservation to check-in will be operated using your smartphone.
①Register on the reservation site. The front desk lock number will be emailed to your smartphone before check-in. Please complete your pre-registration at this time.
②When checking in, please enter the lock number sent to you via email at the counter at the entrance to enter. When you enter the building, please check in using the tablet in the lobby.
③Once check-in is complete, your room number will be emailed to your smartphone.
④Enter the lock number at the counter at the entrance of each room to enter.
Hotels with unmanned check-in and unmanned check-out
At our hotel, all operations from reservation to check-in are handled by the customer using a smartphone. The hotel reception is unmanned. Please check the process below before making a reservation.
Step.1 Make a reservation

①When you make a hotel reservation through the reservation site, you will receive the hotel front lock number in the reservation completion email.
Step.2 QR code issue

②The address to pre-register will be sent to the reservation completion email, so please complete the registration. You can get a QR code or reservation number.
Step.3 Check-in

③To check in, scan the QR code provided in the reservation completion email or enter the reservation number into your tablet.
Step.4 Identity verification

④After confirming the reservation details, a photograph of the guest's face will be taken to confirm the guest's identity and the registered information will be verified.
Step.5 Receive the key

⑤Once you have verified your identity, scan the QR code displayed on your tablet and a room key (PIN) will be sent to you.
Step.6 Enter the room

⑥You can enter your room by entering your room key (PIN) on the numeric keypad.
Unmanned check-in process
All you need at check-in is your smartphone and the pre-registered QR code. *Please be sure to complete the pre-registration attached to the reservation completion email before check-in.
Step.1 Check-in

① Tap "Check-in" on the tablet at the hotel front desk, then enter "QR code inquiry" or "Enter reservation number."
Step.2 Reservation inquiry

②If using a QR code, point the QR code at the camera.
If using a reservation number, please enter the reservation number on the tablet.
Step.3 Confirm reservation details

③ Check the reservation details and press "Next".
Step.4 Confirmation of residence

④On the residence confirmation screen, select "I live overseas"
Step.5 Passport photo shoot

⑤We will take a photo of your passport.
*Passport photos will not be taken if you have pre-registered.
Step.6 Confirm guest information

⑥After the photo is taken, the information read from the passport will be reflected on the guest information entry screen.
Please enter/correct any items that cannot be read or are not written on your passport.After entering, please tap the "Input/Confirmation Complete" button.
Step.7 Taking a face photo

⑦We will take a photo of the guest's face.
Step.8 Confirm guest information

⑧Tap the guest's name and confirm the registration information.
*Please pre-register from the reservation completion email.
If the registered information is correct, press "Update".
Step.9 Confirmation of companion

⑨We will also take facial photos of the guests staying with us. Press the "Register" button and repeat steps 4 and 5.
Step.10 Confirm payment

⑩Please confirm the payment details and press "Next".
Step.11 Receive room key

⑪Read the QR code displayed on the tablet with your smartphone.
Step.12 Confirm room key

⑫After reading the QR code, go to the maneKEY user page and check your room key (PIN).
【Precautions】
・How to receive the room key
Please make sure your smartphone has an app that reads QR codes.
・If the QR code is no longer displayed
Return to the TOP screen, check in → scan the QR code, and the QR code will be displayed again.
Unattended checkout process
When checking out, please be sure to check out using the tablet in the lobby.
*Accommodation charges may apply if you do not check out.

Step.2 Reservation inquiry

②If using a QR code, point the QR code at the camera.
If using a reservation number, please enter the reservation number on the tablet.

③ Check the reservation details and press "Next".
Step.4 Confirm payment

④Please confirm the payment details and press "Next".
Step.5 Checkout completed

⑤Please complete checkout.
【Precautions】
・Handling of room keys
Once you check out, you cannot use your room key.
・Please remember to complete the checkout process.

Group reservations also possible
Group reservations are accepted for up to 25 people.
You can also make bento reservations up to two weeks in advance.
Please feel free to use it.
・Transfer service
We accept free transportation reservations from the 1st temple to the 8th temple of the 88 Sacred Sites of Shikoku.
Maximum occupancy is 3 people.
*If there are multiple reservations, reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
